60-Day Money Back Guarantee: We offer a full 60-day money back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your Lumenaire ClearBreath Pro for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund: To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at thelumenairestore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company as processing times vary. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, please contact us at thelumenairestore@gmail.com.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at thelumenairestore@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
