Where We Ship We currently ship to all 50 United States including Alaska and Hawaii.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times Standard delivery typically takes 7-15 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volumes, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Cost We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Lost or Stolen Packages Lumenaire is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before contacting us. If your package is confirmed lost in transit please contact us at thelumenairestore@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately at thelumenairestore@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lumenaire is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address please contact us immediately at thelumenairestore@gmail.com. We will do our best to correct it before shipment but cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
International Shipping We do not currently ship outside of the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
